This tool asks for enough information to create a useful AI policy for your organisation. The aim is to keep the process practical, transparent and proportionate.

What we ask for

We ask for your name, email address, organisation details and answers to the policy questions. Those answers help tailor the policy wording, suggested safeguards and next steps.

How your answers are used

Your answers are used to prepare your editable policy, make it available for download, and keep a copy linked to your submission so it can be retrieved later if needed.

Emailing your policy

If email delivery is available, we send the completed policy to the email address you provide. This is part of delivering the document you asked for, not a marketing email.

Accounts and saved progress

If you create an account, your saved draft and completed policies are linked to that account so you can return later. You can still use the generator without signing in.

Follow-up contact

We will only contact you about policy review support, training or related help if you ask for it, reply to an email, or choose the follow-up option in the form.

How long information is kept

Submissions are kept so policies can be downloaded again and so an administrator can help if something goes wrong. Test submissions and user accounts can be deleted by an administrator.

The policy is a practical starting point, not legal advice. Please review it with the right people in your organisation before adopting it, especially where legal, regulatory, employment or sector-specific requirements apply.
